Introduction
'When the Event occurs — there will be no denying it.' Surah Al-Waqi'ah opens with the Day of Judgement and divides mankind into three groups: the foremost (the muqarraboon), the companions of the right, and the companions of the left. It is traditionally recited at night for protection from poverty.
